Email Address: Collected when you create a local account or register for our services. This is used for account management and security.
Device Identifiers (SSAID / Android ID): We collect your Android ID via Google Firebase. This identifier is used strictly for Fraud Prevention and Account Management to ensure the integrity of our free trial versions and prevent unauthorized reuse.
Camera and Media Access: Our apps require access to your Camera and Storage (Gallery) to capture or select images for processing (e.g., PDF conversion).
Note: All image processing and text recognition are performed locally on your device. Your photos and documents are never uploaded to our servers.

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use Firebase's secure database to store your email and SSAID. We do not sell or trade your personal data to outside parties.
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
In compliance with Google Play’s Data Safety requirements, we provide a clear path for users to delete their data.
Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data (Email and SSAID) directly within the application settings.

Upon request, all data associated with your device ID will be permanently removed from our Firebase database within 7 business days.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have specific data protection rights, including the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
